On November 1, 2012, Community Trust Bank, joined by members of the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce, will break ground for its new Allen Banking Center, located at 384 East Stacy Road, Allen, Texas.
Featuring state-of-the-art technology, the Banking Center will include new “dialogue towers” in the lobby, serving as a customer-centric retail delivery platform. This means that customers will be greeted when they enter the branch by a personal banker not tending to a customer. The customer will then be escorted to a dialogue tower instead of the traditional teller counter, and work with a personal banker while conducting their business, allowing for individualized, one-on-one service.
The public is welcome to attend the groundbreaking event, on November 1, at 10:00 a.m. Construction of the 384 East Stacy Road location is expected to take approximately 6 months. This will be Community Trust Bank’s seventh location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
“We are looking forward to becoming a part of the vibrant Allen-Fairview economy, and to introducing our new retail delivery platform,” said Van Pardue, Texas President, Community Trust Bank. “The platform is unique and intended to provide each customer with a personal banking experience, fully aided by our cross-trained bankers who can guide them through any transaction. Our goal at Community Trust Bank has always been to make every customer feel like the only customer every time. We feel this new banking center will further our goal and be a perfect fit in the Allen-Fairview community.”
The combined market of Allen and Fairview has experienced much growth over the last 60 years, bringing the population to approximately 86,000 today.
