Community Trust Bank Energy Finance Director Named to Who’s Who in Energy for 2014

DALLAS, TX – October 13, 2014

Community Trust Bank Energy Finance Group Managing Director Christina Kitchens was recently named to Dallas Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Energy Finance” list for 2014. This year’s recognition marks the second consecutive year that Kitchens has received the honor, since joining the bank in 2013.

The business designation annually showcases individuals whose position, knowledge or expertise helps guide his or her respective energy business sector, according to the publication. Other categories recognized each year include alternative energy, electricity, pipelines, refineries and technology.

“I’m both grateful and honored to be recognized once again by Dallas Business Journal, and to be working with my Community Trust Bank Energy Finance Group team so successfully,” says Kitchens, who brings over a decade of both financial and energy industry experience to the company. “Providing this line of services and this level of insight to the Texas oil-and-gas industry is what I’m passionate about, and it serves the long-term growth of CTB quite well. I am humbled and look forward to doing more.”

Comprised of several Dallas-area business experts, the CTB Energy Finance Group guides the bank in offering specialized financing solutions to the regional oil and gas industry. Under Kitchens’ leadership, CTB Energy Finance Group principally focuses on relationship banking for firms seeking $2.5 million to $100 million in a revolver or term facility secured by oil and gas assets in the highly competitive marketplace. In addition, the CTB Energy Finance Group offers senior debt facilities to exploration and production, midstream, royalties and select energy service firms for acquisition, drilling and working capital ventures to oil and gas business entities.
