Community Trust Bank Marks Opening of New Highland Colony Financial Center

RIDGELAND, MS – September 24, 2012

Community Trust Bank is celebrating the much anticipated opening of its Highland Colony Financial Center, 1063 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, MS. The new, state-of-the-art banking facility features many innovative design elements that improve the customer experience by offering services in an expedited, efficient fashion.

“We are so pleased to welcome the public to our new Financial Center,” said Larry Ratzlaff, Mississippi President, Community Trust Bank. “Every aspect of the building design incorporates innovative features that allow our employees to provide a quality service experience to our customers, which is our number one priority at Community Trust Bank. We want every customer to feel like our only customer every time.”

Highlighted by state-of-the-art technology, the two-story financial center includes multiple full service drive-thru lanes, and new dialogue towers in the lobby. Customers are greeted when they enter the banking center by a representative at the concierge station or by one of the bankers in the center. The customer is then escorted to one of the dialogue towers where they stand side by side with a personal banker who will assist with the financial transaction, offering a more individualized, one-on-one service experience.

To mark the opening of this new Financial Center, a grand opening celebration will be held on Tuesday, October 9, at 4:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
